RETURN

Please contact us bitteruhe@inbox.ru if you want to commit a return providing us with a cause of return and pictures of defective item.
We will review your case accurately and reply as soon as possible but no later than 1 week since your message.

We accept items for return with no sign of wear and damage. Tags and packaging must be preserved. The decision about the refund is made after we received and reviewed the items from you.
These catagories of clothing can not be returned : swimwear, corsets.

You will get full refund reduced by the delivery costs.

SHALL I PAY FOR THE DELIVERY IN CASE OF RETURN

Yes the buyer should pay for the delivery in case the items going to be returned.

WHEN i get my refund?

We commit a refund within 1 week since we recieved your items back and we will notify you about that once the request is submitted from our side.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 days, please contact your bank directly and ask about pending refunds on your account.
